Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while still respecting the time we’ve set aside for your pets. • Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or service credit. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of service will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Holiday bookings must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund or credit; otherwise, the deposit or full fee may be forfeited.
