Service Description
• Includes feeding, watering, litter box cleaning, letting pets out, mail retrieval, plant watering • $110/night (8PM-8AM), includes up to 2 daytime potty breaks • $132/night (8PM-8AM) for homes with more than 3 pets • 24-hour stay: $125/day, up to 3 pets • 24-hour stay: $160/day, more than 3 pets If you return after 6PM on the last day, you will be charged for an additional full day of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while still respecting the time we’ve set aside for your pets. • Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or service credit. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of service will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Holiday bookings must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund or credit; otherwise, the deposit or full fee may be forfeited.
