Service Description
Up to 4 cats. During this 1-hour visit, we’ll ensure your cat is well cared for with fresh food, clean water, and a tidy litter box. We also provide companionship, playtime, and any needed check-ins to keep your feline friend happy and comfortable while you're away.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while still respecting the time we’ve set aside for your pets. • Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or service credit. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of service will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Holiday bookings must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund or credit; otherwise, the deposit or full fee may be forfeited.
