Service Description
Whether you're at work, out for the day, or on a quick getaway, our Drop-In Visits ensure your pets get the care, attention, and love they need right at home. We offer flexible options: ✔️ 30-minute visit – $25 ✔️ 60-minute visit – $40 Each visit can include: • Fresh water refill • Potty break or litter box cleaning • Medication administration (as needed) • Feeding and treat time • Playtime, cuddles, and wellness check-ins Drop-ins are perfect for dogs, cats, and small pets who just need a little TLC while you're away. Available up to 2x per day, scheduled around your pet’s routine. Let us be the friendly face your pets look forward to!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while still respecting the time we’ve set aside for your pets. • Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund or service credit. • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of service will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Holiday bookings must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund or credit; otherwise, the deposit or full fee may be forfeited.
