There is never a dull moment during Taylor and Wesley the Whippets' Overnight Pet Sit in Sugar Hill, GA. This adorable pair kept me smiling throughout their stay with their playful personalities, endless zoomies, and sweet cuddles. It was my very first time caring for Whippets, and they completely won me over.
This visit included one of our 12-hour overnight pet sitting services along with two daytime drop-in visits, giving Taylor and Wesley plenty of companionship, exercise, and love while their family was away.

Taylor is the confident leader of the duo. She's definitely the boss of the house and isn't afraid to let Wesley know it—but always in a playful, loving way. Watching her "supervise" him during playtime was hilarious. She also loves snacking on her meals, and as soon as she was done, she was ready to race through the house at full speed.
Wesley is the definition of a sweetheart. He absolutely loves attention and never turns down the chance for extra cuddles. One of my favorite things about Wesley was his excitement every time I arrived. He would happily jump up to give the sweetest "hugs" and cover me in kisses before taking off on another adventure around the house.
Together, these two are full of energy. They don't just run—they sprint everywhere they go! Watching them race through the house and effortlessly parkour off the furniture was both impressive and entertaining. Their athleticism is incredible, and their playful personalities made every visit something to look forward to.
Of course, after all that excitement, bedtime was surprisingly peaceful. Every evening during our overnight stays, Taylor and Wesley settled down quickly and slept soundly, making for a calm and relaxing night after a day full of fun.
One thing they both had in common was their love of giving kisses. Whether they were greeting me at the door, asking for attention, or simply enjoying cuddle time, these two always made sure I felt welcomed.
A Memorable First Experience with Whippets
This was my very first experience pet sitting for Whippets, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the breed. Taylor and Wesley were incredibly affectionate, entertaining, and full of personality. From Taylor's playful bossiness to Wesley's endless hugs and cuddles, every moment spent with them was enjoyable.
