Play, Zoomies, and Naptime: A Fun-Filled Day Sit with Georgia & Frankie

There’s nothing quite like spending the day with two spirited pups who know how to turn on the charm, turn up the energy, and then completely melt into nap mode.
I recently had the pleasure of doing another day sit with two of our beloved regulars — Georgia, a graceful 5-year-old Poodle, and Frankie, her energetic Westie puppy sister. These two girls are established clients of Butler Pet Care, and it’s always a joy to spend the day with them.
From playful wrestling to full-speed hallway zoomies, they kept the energy high and the laughs coming. Despite their age difference, Georgia and Frankie share the same zest for life and love a good rough-and-tumble session before recharging for round two.
When it’s time to rest, they each have their own favorite napping styles: Frankie loves to sprawl out on the rug, soaking up all the space she can, while Georgia prefers the cozy comfort of her bean bag, where she can nap like a queen. It’s the perfect quiet reset between bursts of fun.
We also enjoyed a couple of lively walks throughout the day, full of curious sniffing, quick paces, and tail wags from start to finish. And in between, plenty of cuddles, water breaks, and just enough calm to balance the play.
It’s days like these that remind me how much I love what I do — especially when I get to spend time with sweet, spirited pups like Georgia and Frankie.
What’s Included in a Day Sit with Butler Pet Care?
Our Day Sit Visits are ideal for pet parents who need reliable, in-home care for up to 10 hours while they're away during the day. Whether you have puppies, seniors, or dogs that just enjoy having company, we're here to keep them safe, happy, and loved.
Each visit includes:
Multiple potty breaks
Walks and playtime based on your dog’s needs
Feeding and water refresh
Medication administration (if applicable)
Mail/package retrieval
Plant watering
Tons of snuggles and companionship
Pricing
Day Sit (up to 10 hours): $110
Extended Care (10–12 hours): +$25/hour
A $0.50/mile travel fee applies to any transportation before, after, or during the sit.
We proudly serve within a 15-mile radius or 30-minute drive from our location — whichever comes first.
